Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which BALTIC SHIELD, MB ("we") issues refunds for services purchased from us.
1. Managed VPS (Recurring)
Managed VPS plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. We do not pro-rate or refund the current billing month once the service has been activated, except where required by law.
2. Security Audit (One-Time)
Before the audit begins, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Once the audit work has started (information gathering, scanning, analysis), the engagement is non-refundable because significant specialist time has already been allocated.
3. Enterprise & Custom Engagements
Refund terms for custom and enterprise engagements are defined in the corresponding proposal or statement of work and supersede this general policy.
4. Service Failure
If we materially fail to deliver a service as described, please contact us within 14 days of the issue. We will work in good faith to fix the problem; if we cannot, we will issue a proportional refund for the affected service.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request through the contact form on our website, including your invoice number and a short description of the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
