Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by BALTIC SHIELD, MB (company code 30614283, registered address Brastos st. 22A, Kaunas, Lithuania) — referred to as "Baltic Shield", "we", "us". By ordering or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Baltic Shield provides managed VPS, security audits, privacy engineering and related technical support services. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the order confirmation, proposal or statement of work.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and billing information.
- Ensure you are authorised to request work on the systems you submit for management or audit.
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and acceptable-use policies.
3. Fees & Payment
Recurring services (e.g. Managed VPS) are billed monthly in advance. One-time services (e.g. Security Audit) are invoiced upon order confirmation. Late payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Service Levels
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability and rapid response times. Specific SLAs, where applicable, are described in the relevant order or contract.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client systems, configurations and findings as strictly confidential and only share them with authorised personnel involved in delivering the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baltic Shield's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania.
